Taking a Group Fitness Class has never been easier with Fit Factory’s Online & Mobile App Class Sign-Up process. Here’s how it works:

• To take a class, you must first sign up online via our website or the official Fit Factory Mobile App. 
• Class time slots will become available 24 hours prior to the start of class, as designated by an “enroll now” button. If the option to enroll doesn’t appear, then the class is either full or is more than 24 hours away from occurring. After signing up, come into the club before class and scan in at the front desk as normal.
• If you are a Foxboro or Kingston Member, visit the kiosk and print your enrollment ticket for class.
• If you are a Braintree or North Attleboro Member, let the front desk staff know which class you are taking and they will get an enrollment wristband for you.

HOW TO SIGN UP USING THE WEBSITE:

• Click here to visit our website and select the ‘Member Login’ tab. You will be redirected to our member portal, MYiClubOnline (MICO).

• If you’ve already signed up for MICO, enter your username and password to login. If not, click the grey ‘Register’ button to get started - and then log in.

• Once signed in, select the ‘Classes’ option at the top of your screen. 

• Find the class that you would like to take and click the green ‘Enroll Now’ button. Continue by selecting the green ‘Enroll In Class’ button that appears in the pop-up window.

• Once you see a confirmation screen, come into the club when you’re ready to take class. 

• If you need to change the location you want to take class at, please select your home club listed at the top of your screen and find the new location you’re looking for. The proceeding schedule at that club will populate and you can sign in using the instructions above. 

HOW TO SIGN UP USING THE APP:

• Download the Fit Factory App in the iTunes Store or the Google Play Store.

• Log in with your Fit Factory app details and click ‘Sign In.’

  • Don’t have an App account, yet? Select ‘Create an Account’ at the bottom of your screen. You’ll need to scan the barcode on your scan tag and enter your information (name and email) to match the information you used upon joining.

• On the homepage of the app click the ‘Class Sign In’ tile.

• Select the class you want to sign up for and the event details will populate. Select the green ‘Book Now’ button. 

  • The number of remaining spots in class will be shown at the top of the individual class screen. 

  • If no spots are displayed, then the class is unfortunately full. Please note that even if class is full, there will still be an ‘Add to Calendar’ button. Selecting this option will only add the event to your phone’s calendar and will NOT sign you up for class!

ONCE YOU’VE ARRIVED AT THE CLUB:

IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF KINGSTON OR FOXBORO:

• Visit our Group Fitness Kiosk located to the right of the Front Desk.

• Use the touch screen to select the class that you enrolled in online ahead of time.

• Scan the barcode on your Fit Factory keytag.

• Take the ticket that prints from the kiosk.

• Head to the studio, give your ticket to the instructor and get ready for class!

IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF BRAINTREE OR N. ATTLEBORO:

• Stop by the Front Desk and check in as usual

• Tell a Front Desk Member the class you signed up for online ahead of time and they will get you a wristband

PLEASE NOTE:

• You can only sign into class once, so don’t let your friends borrow your keytag!

  • Duplicate tickets, and tickets for the wrong format or time-slot will not be accepted.

• If you can NOT make it to class please be sure to unenroll from the event online as soon as you know you won’t make it. 

  • This allows someone else that might not have otherwise been able to take class and is on a waitlist to make use of your space!

HOW TO UNENROLL FROM A CLASS:

• Click ‘Classes’. 

• Select the "Cancel" button to the right of the class that you wish to unenroll from

• If you are having trouble unenrolling online, please call the club for assistance.
