How Are You Keeping Members Safe Following The Coronavirus Pandemic?

Our internal Coronavirus Task Force has worked dilligently to create a re-opening plan that will keep our members and employees safe while allowing them access to the facilities and amenities that they know and love. How Do I Book A Spot In Class?

To book a spot in any of our classes you will first need to download the Fit Factory App in the iTunes Store or the Google Play Store. Log in with your Fit Factory app details and click ‘Sign In.’ Don’t have an App account, yet? Select ‘Create an Account’ at the bottom of your screen. You’ll need to scan the barcode on your scan tag and enter your information (name and email) to match the information you used upon joining. Please be sure your membership is registered with MyiClubOnline (MICO), our member portal.

Once you're in the app find the class sign in tab. Find the class you would like to attend, find "Book Class'' and you will now be enrolled in that class. If you do not have a smartphone you can always enroll on our Fit Factory website. On the website find the "Member Resources'' tab and hover over it, look for MICO Login. Sign in on MICO and from there you'll find the class schedule. Next to the class you want you will be able to see "Enroll now" if there are spots available, once you click that you will now be enrolled into class.

 

 

How Do I Cancel My Spot In Class If I Can No Longer Make It?

In order to cancel your spot in a class, go back to the class that you signed into class in the app or online. Once you're in, find the class you need to cancel and click “Cancel” at the bottom page - you will then be successfully unenrolled from that class. Thank you for letting us know you can no longer make it!

 

 

How Do I Access On Demand Virtual Classes?

To access our on demand virtual classes, visit the Fit Factory website and find My Fit Factory under the "Member Resources" tab. Login to your My FitFactory, click “Let’s Sweat” and you'll be able to access all of our amazing on demand classes. 

 

 

 

How Do I Access Virtual Classes?

To access our virtual classes, go to www.fitfactoryclubs.com, hover over the "Members Resources" tab and click My FitFactory. Login and click "Let's Sweat". Here you will be able to access all of our virtual amenities. For live virtual classes you'll click "Access Classes" on the virtual class box. Find the class you want to take and get FIT done! You can also find the “Live Virtual Classes” tile on the Fit Factory app.

Not a member and want to take our Online Classes? You can now join Fit Factory with one of our online only options. Or, you can pay a single class drop in fee on ClassPass.

What Did Fit Factory Do To Give Back During The COVID-19 Pandemic?

Fit Factory is doing everything it can to help the community during this challenging time. We recently made a $5,000 donation to the MA Covid Relief Fund and are actively working on creating an ongoing partnership that would allow $1 of every MA Membership fee to go directly to the fund. We have also donated $1000 to the North Texas Food Bank, and are working on forming a similar partnership with them. Our team has also donated 1000 surgical masks to local first responders and assisted living centers. We also partnered with the American Red Cross in offering up our health clubs as blood donation centers. In addition to this, we have created resources for our members and the general public including a Home Workout Plan and a Mindfulness At Home E-Book.

What Do I Get When I Refer A Friend?

We love spreading the love! When you refer someone using the "refer a friend" button on our website you'll both receive a free month of membership once they join the Fit Fam! PLUS, there's no limit to how many people you can refer so go ahead and rack up those free months. Please note that 30 day notice is required for your free months to be credited, don't be surpirsed if they don't show up right away!

Do You Offer Classes or Personal Training?

You're in luck, we offer both! Each one of our clubs offers over 50 Group Fitness Classes each week in specalized studios to enhance the experience of formats including Yoga, Cycle, Zumba, Rowing, and many more! Cick here to view the schedule at the Fit Factory location nearest you!

What Class Formats Do You Offer?

Great question! We offer over 50 classes each week at every Fit Factory location. Our formats range from Zumba, to Cycle, to Yoga and include everything in between. For a complete list of formats and descriptions click here. Please note that class times and formats vary by location. 

How Do I Transfer My Membership To A Different Club?

Please stop into your home club location and speak with a manager in order to request changes to your membership.

How Do I Sign Up For The Mobile App?

You can download the Fit Factory mobile app in the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Prior to logging into the app, make sure you have registered for MyiClub Online (MICO) which is our member portal! If you are already registered but forgot your password, you can reset it right from the login page. When signing into the app for the first time, be sure to click "Login/Sign Up" and then "Create an Account".

When Is My Annual Fee Due?

Annual fees are billed to a member once per year. Your annual fee billing date is dependent on your join date and membership plan. A staff member at your club can help you determine when your annual fee date is, so just give us a call or stop by the front desk!

Where Do I Go If I Still Have Questions About My Membership?

Your local club is the best place to go for help with any billing-related issues (including requesting refunds). Or, you can update your billing information or review your membership agreement online by clicking here!

What If The Location I Want To Join Is Not Open Yet?

If the location you are interested in is not open yet simply click on the "gyms" tab at the top of this page and select the location you're looking for. Once there, be sure to fill out the form to claim your spot on our Founding Member List and we'll send you a link to gain early access to our offers before they become available to the public!
