When Is Fit Factory Re-Opening?

Our Texas locations in Colleyville and Garland, TX will be re-opening on Monday, 5/25/2020 and our MA Locations in Braintree, Kingston, Foxboro and North Attleboro will be re-opening on Monday, 7/6/20.

How Are You Keeping Members Safe Following The Coronavirus Pandemic?

Our internal Coronavirus Task Force has worked dilligently to create a re-opening plan that will keep our members and employees safe while allowing them access to the facilities and amenities that they know and love. How Do I Sign Into Classes?

To sign into classes online you'll need to visit our member login page or open and sign into the Fit Factory App! If you're still having problems please reference our online workout booking instructions page! 

 

How Do I Make A Change To My Membership?

You can request that a change be made to your membership by using this form.  A manger from your home club will then be in touch within 24-48 business hours to confirm the changes. 

I Remained Active During The Clubs Closure, When Will I Begin Receiving My Credit?

Thank you for choosing to support us during the time that we were closed, we appreciate you and your commitment to helping us support our teams and communities during such challenging and uncertain times. If you are a member of one of our Texas locations,the credit selection period has now ended. Please contact your home club location with questions. If you are a member of one of our MA clubs, your credit options will become available soon - thank you for your patience. 

How Do I Temporarily Freeze My Membership?

We understand that this time of uncertainty in the midst of COVID-19 is stressful and challenging for everyone. All membership dues will be pro-rated for the amount of time that the club is closed. Should you still wish to temporarily freeze your membership, please click here to fill our our Membership Change Request Form. A manager will be in touch within 24-48 hours of you submitting the form to confirm the details of your freeze. 

What Did Fit Factory Do To Give Back During The COVID-19 Pandemic?

Fit Factory is doing everything it can to help the community during this challenging time. We recently made a $5,000 donation to the MA Covid Relief Fund and are actively working on creating an ongoing partnership that would allow $1 of every MA Membership fee to go directly to the fund. We have also donated $1000 to the North Texas Food Bank, and are working on forming a similar partnership with them. Our team has also donated 1000 surgical masks to local first responders and assisted living centers. We also partnered with the American Red Cross in offering up our health clubs as blood donation centers. In addition to this, we have created resources for our members and the general public including a Home Workout Plan and a Mindfulness At Home E-Book.

How Do I Access Virtual Classes?

Members can access our live-streamed Virtual Classes held every day and our On-Demand videos through the Fit Factory Mobile App on the 'Extras' tile. OR - access our classes through a unique website page sent out via email to all members.

Not a member and want to take our Online Classes? You can now join Fit Factory with one of our online only options. Or, you can pay a single class drop in fee on ClassPass.

 

 

What Do I Get When I Refer A Friend?

We love spreading the love! When you refer someone using the "refer a friend" button on our website you'll both receive a free month of membership once they join the Fit Fam! PLUS, there's no limit to how many people you can refer so go ahead and rack up those free months. Please note that 30 day notice is required for your free months to be credited, don't be surpirsed if they don't show up right away!

Do You Offer Classes or Personal Training?

You're in luck, we offer both! Each one of our clubs offers over 50 Group Fitness Classes each week in specalized studios to enhance the experience of formats including Yoga, Cycle, Zumba, Rowing, and many more! Cick here to view the schedule at the Fit Factory location nearest you!

All of our memberships also include a complimentary Fitness Consultation. During a fitness consultation you'll meet with one of our talented Personal Trainers to learn some new tips, tricks and exercises, as well as to discuss your goals and how to reach them! Click here to schedule yours today!

What Class Formats Do You Offer?

Great question! We offer over 50 classes each week at every Fit Factory location. Our formats range from Zumba, to Cycle, to Yoga and include everything in between. For a complete list of formats and descriptions click here. Please note that class times and formats vary by location. 

How Do I Transfer My Membership To A Different Club?

In order to transfer your membership to a different location, just fill out a membership change request by clicking here and be sure to choose "Change My Home Club Location."

How Do I Sign Up For The Mobile App?

You can download the Fit Factory mobile app in the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Prior to logging into the app, make sure you have registered for MyiClub Online (MICO) which is our member portal! If you are already registered but forgot your password, you can reset it right from the login page. When signing into the app for the first time, be sure to click "Login/Sign Up" and then "Create an Account".

When Is My Annual Fee Due?

Annual fees are billed to a member once per year. Your annual fee billing date is dependent on your join date and membership plan. A staff member at your club can help you determine when your annual fee date is, so just give us a call or stop by the front desk!

Where Do I Go If I Still Have Questions About My Membership?

Your local club is the best place to go for help with any billing-related issues (including requesting refunds). Or, you can update your billing information or review your membership agreement online by clicking here!

What If The Location I Want To Join Is Not Open Yet?

If the location you are interested in is not open yet simply click on the "gyms" tab at the top of this page and select the location you're looking for. Once there, be sure to fill out the form to claim your spot on our Founding Member List and we'll send you a link to gain early access to our offers before they become available to the public! The best part?
