"My fitness career started while pursuing a career in the medical field. I served as an EMT to the community for over 12 years. I used fitness as an outlet to let out life and job stress not to mention helped with the jobs physical demands. It helped me realize I could help people more with healthy choices and physical movement. I took a leap and got certified as a fitness trainer with ISSA in 2015. It came natural with the medical background and love for fitness.

I've worked in gyms, as well instructed bootcamp classes. I found my perfect fit at Fit Factory as a fit coach.
