"Hello, I’m Akhiel! In 2017 I graduated from Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science. I specialize in corrective, conditioning, and resistance exercises. I am excited to partner with clients on their fitness journies. The best part about being a trainer is the inspiration I feel that comes from the success clients experience as well as potential for change that every client is capable of. Additionally, I enjoy sharing with others that fitness goes beyond standard training, that it can be fun and exciting too. I value the importance of relationship building with my clients and do my best to ensure that teamwork is emphasized as the foundation of each session."
