CrossFit is a high-intensity functional fitness program that has taken the world by storm. It is a form of exercise that combines weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning to create a workout that is challenging, dynamic, and fun. However, if you're new to CrossFit, it can be daunting to jump straight into a group class. That's where our On Ramp program comes in.

 

The On Ramp program is specifically designed for those who have never done CrossFit before. It is a beginner program that is adapted for each individual, regardless of their fitness level or ability. At our CrossFit gym, we believe that CrossFit is for everyone, and we make sure that our On Ramp program is inclusive and welcoming to all.

 

During the On Ramp program, you'll learn about the CrossFit methodology and the core CrossFit movements in an easy-to-learn manner. Our coaches will work with you on any movement modifications and ensure that you're moving safely. You'll also get a workout in during each session, so you can experience firsthand what a CrossFit workout is like. 

 

1-on-1 Sessions:

 

To give you the best possible start to your CrossFit journey, we also offer six 1-on-1 personal training sessions. This is where you'll get to work with one of our certified CrossFit trainers to learn the core CrossFit movements in even greater detail. Our trainers will break down each movement, make them super easy to learn, and work through any movement modifications that you need.

 

Nutrition:

 

We believe that nutrition is a crucial part of any fitness program, which is why we also include a nutrition component in our On Ramp program. We'll chat with you about nutrition, and you'll get two InBody scans, which is our body composition machine. These scans are a great tool to track your progress, as you'll be able to see changes in your body composition that you may not notice otherwise.

 

What’s Next:

 

After completing the On Ramp program, you'll be ready to join in on any of our group classes. You'll have the knowledge and skills needed to feel confident in your ability to participate in a CrossFit workout. Plus, you'll have made some new friends along the way!
