With the current situation regarding COVID-19 we are doing absolutely everything we can to ensure that Fit Factory remains a safe place to be. We have been closely following any COVID-19 updates and state mandates regarding business operations as it impacts our health clubs. Additionally, while we always have and always will put a focus on cleaning in our clubs, we have made some changes to further protect our members.
MASSACHUSETTS CLUBS:
Our Kingston location has been temporarily closed until at least March 24 per the the town of Kingston, MA. We will continue to offer members virtual group fitness classes (more information on this below).
Our Braintree, Foxboro, and North Attleboro, MA clubs are still open with limited operations and capacity as of March 20. Here are some more details:
➡️ We have a limited number of 45-minute open gym spots available for members every hour, on the hour. This will allow us to remain within the parameters of the Governer's order prohibiting any "event or activity that brings together 25 or mor persons in a single room or single space at the same time".
➡️ Members at these clubs can sign up for gym sessions on the Fit Factory app or through our Member Login Portal. You may need to register for MyIClubOnline, or MICO, if you have not already done so. You'll need to make sure that you are registered through MICO before trying to sign in to the Fit Factory App. Click "Create An Account" at the bottom of the app homepage to create an account if you have not already done so. Your app login and MICO login are separate entities. Please note that you will need your membership barcode in order to register for the Fit Factory App.
Once you've registered and logged into the app select the "Class Sign In" Tile. Select the "General Open Gym" time slot want to sign up for and the event details will populate. Select the green ‘Book Now’ button. NOTE: If there is no "book now" button the time slot is already full, or booking has not yet begun. Booking for a time slot will open two hours before it begins.
When you arrive at the club you must check in at the front desk and retrieve a pass. You will be strictly limited the 45minute time slot that you have signed into.
➡️ These clubs will have adjusted hours as follows: Open Monday through Friday from 6am to 1pm, CLOSED from 1pm to 2pm for deep cleaning, and open from 2pm to 8pm. Open Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 2pm.
➡️ All Fit Factory Saunas and Steam Rooms will be closed until further notice.
➡️ Towel service will not be offered. If you wish to use a towel at the club, please bring your own.
➡️ No in club group fitness classes will take place until further notice. Please see the following section for information regarding our virtual group fitness classes.
TEXAS CLUBS:
As you may know, our Colleyville and Garland locations are currently closed until April 3rd per orders from the state of Texas. We plan to continue offering virutal group classes and home workouts for all of our members until further notice.
Please note that in the event we re-open on April 3, we are still limited to no more than 25 people gathered in a space at a time until April 7 per government orders.
VIRTUAL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES:
We are offering Virtual Group Fitness Classes for members through a free online meeting software, Zoom.

UPDATED CLEANING PROCEDURES:
In addition to our normal club cleaning procedures, we have implemented the following changes to combat COVID-19 in the clubs that remain open.
➡️ All Fit Factory Clubs will have 2 hand sanitizing stations located at the front desk. We ask that all members use them when entering the facility.
➡️ Additional disinfecting spray bottles will be added throughout the club. Please be sure to do your part by being diligent about wiping down your equipment both before and after use.
➡️ Additional disinfectant wipes and spray will be used by staff to consistently wipe equipment and surfaces throughout the day. Disinfecting sweeps will be happening every 30 minutes.
➡️ From 1pm to 2pm every weekday, our staff will perform a deep dive clean on the club while it's closed in between open gym sessions.
