Bob Symes has been working with trainer Ashley Lucca for 10 months now!
He suffered from a leg injury during the beginning stages of his training, but despite his inability to do legs or cardio work, he still came in to work on his upper body strength! He was determined to get results.
His leg injury has since healed, so he is back to full body workouts! He is so dedicated that he has started coming in twice a week, even! Bob has lost a total of 5 inches off his waist, improved his cardiovascular and overall strength, and lost 15lbs!
He never lets anything set him back. Bob pushes through every workout, no matter what Ashley throws at him! Thanks for all of your hard work Bob!
