At Fit Factory, our mission is and has always been to radically serve our members, empower our team through employment and opportunity, and to support our communities and others in need. Supporting our members, employees and community members of all races, genders, sexual orientations and abilities has always been at the heart of what we do. With a platform comes a responsibility to make a statement and take a stance - Black Lives Matter.

Fit Factory stands in solidarity with the Black Community, but we also know that we need to do more. Beyond just posting in support of the movement, we are currently in the process of organizing a series of virtual group fitness fundraisers that will bring together members and instructors from all seven of our health club locations to stand for a change. 100% of the funds raised from the event will be donated to Color of Change, a partner of the Black Lives Matter Movement that designs campaigns powerful enough to end practices that unfairly hold Black people back, and champion solutions that move us all forward.

More details regarding the time and date of these events, will be shared shortly and we hope that you'll join us. We will also be educating all of our staff members on the importance of the Black Lives Matter Movement, and will continue to support this and other worthy causes that work to improve our communities. Hate, racism, and inequality have not, and will never be tolerated in our health clubs, we stand with you.
