12 Months of Wellness: February Challenge
It’s that time of year - love is in the air! It’s been proven that “those who wrote about gratitude were more optimistic and felt better about their lives. Surprisingly, they also exercised more and had fewer visits to physicians than those who focused on sources of aggravation” . That said, we want you to start expressing your gratitude for your colleagues, friends, family, or whoever you want to show your appreciation for.
Once a week, choose someone in your life who has affected you positively and express your enjoyment and appreciation of that person's impact on your life.
Ways To Express Gratitude:
Write a thank-you note. You can make yourself happier and nurture your relationship with another person by writing a thank-you letter or card. Send it by mail or hand deliver it!
