2020 has been stressful so don't forget to take some time this holiday season to take care of YOU! At Fit Factory, we're here to help you check of your gift list and get a little something for yourself too. During the month of December we'll give you a free month of membership when you buy a gift certificate for a friend or family member. Fitness is better with a friend, so give the gift that keeps on giving this year. 

To take advantage of this offer you can either purchase a gift certificate in club, or online via our MyIclubOnline (MICO) member login portal. Instructions for purchasing online are as follows:

MICO Purchase

• Members will need to login to their My IClub Online account and navigate to the “Shop” tab. 

• This is where any items available for online purchase will be displayed.

• Upon clicking the “Buy Now!” button, a pop up will appear to confirm or add payment information

• Once the purchase is completed the member will be given confirmation information as shown below as well as a confirmation email.

Retrieving the Gift Certificate

• The member who purchased the gift certificate will need to connect with the club’s Management team and provide a copy of their purchase confirmation to retrieve a physical gift certificate to be given as the gift.
