If you’re having a hard time getting to sleep on time, stop hitting the snooze button when it’s time to get out of bed. Try leaving your phone across the room instead of next to your bedside. This will set you up to feel more tired and ready for bed when the time comes. Listen to your body when you’re feeling burnt out - set a timer and take a 25 minute nap mid-afternoon
